Eat Black Beans or Lentils for Protein, Brown Rice instead of White Rice, Brown Rice Pasta instead of White Pasta, and Multi-Grain Bread instead of White Bread. Eat more Vegetables instead of fruits. Be sure to drink at least 6-8 cups of water throughout the day and set a goal to eat 95-98% Plant Based Foods. Make sure you set your morning right by drinking a green smoothie for breakfast. You simply can't go wrong.
